By submitting the form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below. Your digital signature serves as your legal acknowledgment of this agreement.
This Intellectual Property Agreement outlines the terms and conditions between the Designer/Service Provider and the Client regarding ownership, usage, and rights to creative and digital work produced.
The Designer and the Client are collectively referred to as “the Parties.”
1. Ownership of Work
All original designs, graphics, written content, and digital materials created by the Designer for the Client remain the property of the Designer until final payment is received. Upon full payment, the Client is granted ownership of the final, agreed-upon deliverables as outlined in the project scope.
2. Usage Rights
Once ownership is transferred, the Client may use the work for commercial and promotional purposes. The Designer retains the right to showcase the work in her portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Source Files & Raw Materials
Editable files (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, raw video) are not included unless explicitly stated in the project scope. Additional fees may apply if source files are requested.
4. Reuse & Repurposing
The Client agrees not to resell, redistribute, or repurpose any of the materials created without written permission, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
5. Confidentiality
Both Parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive business or project information shared during the course of the engagement.
6. Agreement to Terms
By signing and submitting the associated form, the Client confirms that they have read and understood the terms outlined in this agreement. A digital signature represents the Client’s intent to be bound by these terms.
