After our call, I craft a tailored proposal covering scope, timeline, investment, and payment options, and absolutely zero surprises.
Getting Official
Contract & Welcome Packet
Once you're ready to move forward, I'll send over the contract and your initial deposit invoice. Signing the contract officially secures your spot in my schedule -- no slot is held without it.
You'll also be asked to complete the Ownership Agreement before work begins. This is a short form that confirms the terms around creative rights, file ownership, and confidentiality. It takes about two minutes and is required for all projects.
Kick-Off
Onboarding Meeting
We finalize timelines, confirm design preferences, and get you set up in the project management tool so every milestone stays visible.

Contract Signed - Build Begins

The Build
Design & Development
I design based on your style and goals, then send you an initial draft. We work through up to two feedback rounds before moving into development.
Pre-Launch
Testing & Your Review
I test mobile responsiveness, page speed, and all functionality before handing the site to you for a final review and any last-minute tweaks.
Go Live
Launch Day
Once you give final approval, I publish the site and make sure everything is running smoothly. I also share guidance on how to announce your new site to clients and followers
Right After
Post-Launch Support
A short support period covers any remaining questions or adjustments. Ongoing maintenance plans are available if you'd like me to keep things updated as your business evolves.
